Tenant Placement

Tenant placement includes rental property marketing, showings, tenant screening, tenant selection, and leasing. Some owners prefer to do their own management, inspections, repairs, rent collection, and more, but just need a tenant in the property. We offer tenant placement as a service for these types of property owners on a per-placement basis without a long-term contract. Property Turnover

We offer this service when a current tenant moves out and the property needs to be “turned over”. It includes an initial inspection, review of previous documents regarding property condition, determination of what the tenant may be liable for regarding damages, contractor and vendor quotes, an estimation of the project costs, coordination with vendors and contractors for the repairs, and a final inspection. Typically these repairs are painting, flooring, plumbing, and, appliances. This service is reserved for typical turnover procedures, not for remodels or new construction.
